The primary focus of the role is to provide on-site services support, mainly all cleaning and washing services, for the EPC facilities inclusive of clinical and corporate services. As well as this area there will be the requirement to provide cleaning services to the other services located on the Havlin Street Complex. This includes the Community Services buildings and the Mental Health services located in Block A at Havlin Street.
The scope of the role includes, food handling, cleaning, linen supply, laundry duties and room setups with the aim to:
- ensure high quality cleaning support services to clients and staff;
- support the smooth operation of EPC services through high quality customer service;
- foster and support a home like environment;
- practise compliant hygiene and infection control measures; and
- report any risks that would impact on the delivery of cleaning or catering services.

**Your New Division**
The Clinical Governance Division has a focus on promoting and supporting patient safety and quality of service. It recognises the importance of leadership, culture, patient safety, clinical performance, professionalism and patient care. The Clinical Governance team works collaboratively with other staff to provide high quality clinical governance support and advice, both internally and when supporting our Regional Partner Health Services.
