I am a busy sole practitioner in Hurstville, who is urgently, looking for an experienced full
- time all-rounder/receptionist to assist me with conveyancing and general practice.
You will be required to have:
- current experience in conveyancing matters (including PEXA);
- Wills and Estates; Powers of Attorney, Appointment of Enduring Guardians; Leases and other general legal work;
- work unsupervised;
- be able to work in a small office, sometimes on their own;
- a high level of attention to detail;
- a good phone manner;
- the ability to effectively and professionally, liaise and communicate with clients;
- excellent typing skills;
- excellent working knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook; and
- the ability to start immediately.
The role includes:
- Usual receptionist duties including answering calls, handing mail and greeting clients; be the face (and the voice) of our firm;
- Usual administrative duties including photocopying & scanning, archiving, deliveries, basic data entry and file management;
- General reception and office duties, stationery, managing safe custody register and other duties as directed;
- Maintain electronic files in our client database and our paper files and archiving system;
- Providing administrative support to the firm's lawyers including arranging client bookings, sourcing external agents.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
