**How will I help?**

Owning their own home is the dream for millions of our customers. As a Lending Associate you’ll love helping customers through the property maze and build long-lasting relationships along the way. You will work alongside our senior Mobile Lending Managers and be exposed to the entire journey of our customers.

**What do I need?**

Put simply, you’ll love helping people, so you’ll need some previous experience in a customer centric role, a proven track record in customer service, and good time management. A sound understanding of bank processes, systems, and procedures as well as responsible lending would be a real advantage.
