- The Moolarben Coal Complex is located approximately 40 kilometres north of Mudgee in the Western Coalfields of New South Wales (NSW).
Operating 24 hours a day, the Moolarben Coal Complex comprises of open cut and underground mining areas.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- In this exciting period of growth, Working with a dynamic team, you will be responsible to operate a variety of underground mining equipment safely and efficiently.
- Reporting to the Longwall Engineer, the Longwall Electrical Coordinator will assist to effectively manage the longwall machine in a safe and efficient manner so the process operates safely and productively to deliver business targets.
- Implementation of effective electrical maintenance system to ensure equipment downtime is minimized.
- Review of all delays and implement corrective actions to improve availability.
- Monitor compliance and standards of all longwall electrical equipment.

**Skills and Experience**
- Essential Criteria
- Electrical Trade Qualifications
- High level knowledge of electrical aspects associated with operation, maintenance and overhaul of modern longwall mining equipment.
- Sound knowledge of explosion protected electrical equipment.
- Desirable Criteria
- Mines Rescue trained
- SAP maintenance system experience
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Electrical Engineering Qualifications
