**The Opportunity**:

- Property Graduate (API approved) with ideally 6 months valuation experience to join our Residential Valuations team
- Obtain hands on experience and progress towards achieving RPV and further down the track Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status.
- Work in association with a Director and Senior Valuers of the Residential Valuations business on a day-to-day basis.
- Be involved in all facets of the valuation process, including preliminary work, undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data, sales analysis, and preparing quality valuation reports.

**About you**:

- Property graduate with ideally 6 months valuation experience
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and positive approach to work
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems
- A strong work ethic and desire to further your career in the fast-paced world of residential property valuations.
