**Let’s talk about the roles and responsibilities**

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be involved in designing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement through data insights. You’ll work across one-to-one, digital, and broadcast media channels, using advanced analytical techniques, marketing technologies, and advertising tools to achieve measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Analytics Leadership**: Drive squads to implement evidence-based marketing strategies, using advanced data analytics and insights.
- **Pre-Campaign Analytics**: Shape customer contact strategies and identify targeting opportunities through data-driven planning.
- **Post-Campaign Optimization**: Analyze campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and optimization.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Facilitate actionable insights to guide marketing activities and customer engagement opportunities.
- **Visualization & Storytelling**: Present findings through compelling data visualizations and impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
- **Innovative Frameworks**: Develop improved analysis approaches and test-and-learn frameworks to refine marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in advanced data analytics, with experience driving marketing decisions through insights.
- Strong knowledge of **marketing technologies**and **advertising technology**.
- Proven ability to perform both pre
- and post-campaign analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an engaging and actionable manner.
