We are looking for a positive team player to join the team in Chadstone as their Assistant Store Manager
**About The Role**:
Sales - Create positive experiences for customers in store showcasing the brand's merchandise and driving conversion resulting in sales.
Customer Care & CRM - Welcome all customers ensuring a positive experience and building genuine long-term relationships.
People Management - Coach and mentor sales associates and drive continuous improvement in the performance of each individual team member.
Product Knowledge - Become an expert across Products, Colours, Categories and Seasonal Collections.
