**About the role**
You’ll get to
- Contribute to portfolio growth by providing exceptional service and support to brokers throughout the loan lifecycle and lodge updates within service expectations.
- Bring your keen eye for detail and customer support to achieve individual KPIs and proactive monitor inbound queues to achieve team SLAs.
- Ensure communication is delivered in line with relationship and service expectations, and meets policy, procedures and risk appetite requirements, whilst supporting the loan prioritisation process for Brokers, Partners and PRM/BDM’s in line with agreed guidelines.

**About you**
- To be successful you will have:

- Previous banking experience including residential lending experience and understanding of credit policy
- Knowledge of Third-Party Banking lending systems, products and credit policy highly desirable.
- Extensive customer service skills with an exposure to call centre environments ideal
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient
- Strong time management and ability to multi-task
- High level of professionalism, ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new platforms and systems easily
