The Position:
The position is full-time, with the successful applicant fulfilling an executive role within our dynamic and dedicated School Leadership team.

The Opportunity:
As Deputy Principal - Learning and Teaching Leader, you will:
Collaborate closely with the Principal to shape and implement a visionary curriculum that inspires both students and staff towards achieveing the MACS 2030 Vision for Instruction.

Lead pedagogical innovation, drawing on evidence-based Science of Learning practices to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

Mentor and support teachers, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth and reflective practice.

Champion student wellbeing, child safety and academic excellence, ensuring a holistic approach to education.

Engage with our school community, strengthening partnerships with families and parish to enrich the educational experience.

What We’re Looking For:
A committed Catholic educational leader with a deep understanding of and alignment with the ethos and identity of Catholic education.

Proven leadership experience in curriculum development and instructional coaching.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a dedicated team.

A visionary leader ready to make a lasting impact on our school community.

Accreditation to Teach and Lead in a Catholic school
