**The Opportunity**

With strong growth in our WA region, our Perth branch has an exciting opportunity for a quality focused Boilermaker to join our Forrestdale based workshop team. As a key member of the team, your role will see you perform boiler making and welding repairs on a wide range of construction and mining equipment. You will also be responsible for:

- Providing fabrication and repair tasks to a variety of construction and earthmoving equipment
- Design and fabrication of local options for earthmoving equipment
- Be able to interpret technical drawings
- Perform diagnostic evaluation of components and relevant systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Gouging structural cracks and re-welding - not essential

To be successful in this role you will:

- Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
- Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaking) trade qualifications
- Have previous experience working with construction, agricultural or mining equipment
- Previous working with sheet metal
- Be confined space trained and qualified - not essential.
- High Risk Work licences (forklift, dogging, working at heights, etc) are essential
