**Team Leader - Early Intervention & Education Programs - Based in Shepparton**

We have a full-time position available for a Team Leader to join our Early Intervention and Education Settings Programs based in Shepparton.

Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for the delivery, performance, and quality of both programs. The Early Intervention Program provides support to young people around a range of issues including substance use, mental health, housing, relationships, employment/education, parenting, and independent living skills within a therapeutic program. The Education Settings Program focuses on addressing issues underlying school disengagement and supporting young people to reengage in education and learning.

In this role, you will provide supervision, guidance, and direction to your team to ensure program goals are delivered and our young people have every opportunity to reach their potential. A key component of this role is managing the Active Waitlist as per the Navigator Active Waitlist Duty Statement and leading the Early Intervention Program Intake and Assessment process. In addition, this position may be required to deliver a reduced case load and support staff from other teams.

To be considered for a position you must hold a **minimum Diploma level qualification** in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, Education or a similar field. You must also have demonstrated leadership and management skills, and comprehensive knowledge in the youth services field, particularly outreach and case management models.
