**Scrum Master - Financial Services**
My client, a financial services organisation, is currently seeking a Scrum Master to join on a contracting basis.
They are currently embarking on a large scale Agile Transformation Program, therefore seeking a Scrum Master to come and use agile methodologies to assist in delivering tactical solutions.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Organise the squad (logistics, team events, meetings, standups etc) and ensures team events are productive
- Ensures that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the squad
- Coaches the Agile Team in self-management
- Helps the team focus on creating increments of value in every iteration
- Removes blocks, or escalates if necessary
**Key requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility
- Understanding of efficient stakeholders engagement within a challenging business environment
