We have an exciting opportunity for a **Graduate Finance Analyst**to join Rinnai in a full-time capacity, initially on a 12 month contract with the potential to transition to permanency.
**_ About the role:_**
- Reconcile and analyse accrued rebates with expected payments to ensure accurate recording of liability in balance sheets
- Process and maintain customer discount and rebate agreements
- Monitor trading terms, customer deals and investigate claims to ensure compliance and maintain all records pertaining to price/rebate contracts
- Process energy certificate (STC/VEECS) claims and liaise with Government agencies
- Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining financial processes and enhancing system efficiencies
**_ About you:_**
- A tertiary qualification in accounting and/or a comparable Finance discipline
- Intermediate to advanced capability in the MS Office suite
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- An eagerness to learn
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workflow
- The ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- A continuous improvement mindset with a desire to challenge the status quo
