**About the role**

As Head Fencer at Metafix, you'll be a vital part of our property improvement team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Help build and manage a small fencing crew
- Building a variety of fences, including Colorbond, timber, PVC etc.
- Constructing concrete, timber, and composite retaining walls
- Assist management with quoting, scheduling and materials acquisition

- Experience in fence and retaining wall construction
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communication
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**Requirements**:

- Fencing experience.
- Have your own tools.
- Hold a valid white card.
- Hold a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle.
- Excavator experience highly regarded.
- Ability to obtain a national police clearance and pass a pre-employment medical.
- Australian citizen.
