**What you’ll do**
- Source and assess investment properties
- Build strong agent relationships
- Run due diligence & negotiate contracts
- Liaise with solicitors and manage settlements

**What you’ll bring**
- Minimum 6 months’ real estate experience (preferred)
- Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for property investing
- Strong communication & relationship skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven
