We are looking for people who want to join our company providing support to people with disability in **gardening** and **yard maintenance**tasks:
**Main duties**:

- Provide high-quality domestic assistance with gardening duties to the people we serve.
- Complete gardening and maintenance duties including lawn mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, spraying plants, pruning, watering, sweeping and removing garden clippings.
- Undertake maintenance of gardening equipment and machinery, included but not limited to mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers.
- Complete records accurately and timely.

**Skills and experience**:

- Certificate III in Horticulture, or equivalent working experience in a similar role.
- Positive criminal history checks (Police Check, Blue or Yellow Card)
- Current unrestricted Drivers Licence and realiable own car is a must
- First Aid and CPR training (preferred)
- Have a good knowledge of gardening practices and yard maintenance procedures.
- Genuine interest in working with people with high care needs or disabilities, to provide domestic support with gardening duties within a home environment.
- The Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with service delivery, including travel, tools, equipment, materials, insurance, tax, and superannuation.
