About the role
As our Receptionist, you will manage the front-of-office operations and provide administrative support to the sales and property management teams. This is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients, contractors and tenants engaging with Dalby Eastern Rural Real Estate and also assisting with marketing, scheduling inspections and, supporting the financial administration of the business.
**Responsibilities**:
As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and greeting clients- Carry out daily banking and cash handling procedures- Reconcile accounts, process payments, and maintain transaction records- Support trust account processes in line with compliance requirements- Assist with invoicing, receipting, and end-of-month financial reporting-
- Provide administrative support to the sales and property management team
About you
To succeed at Elders, you have:
- Experience in reception, accounts administration or real estate office support- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail- Confident handling financial data and account reconciliation and, real estate trust accounting processes- Current Real Estate certificate of registration, or willingness to obtain one (desirable)- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with real estate or accounting software is an advantage- Professional, reliable, and capable of managing sensitive information
