**The Job Role**

Do have experience and enthusiasm for the paint industry? Come and work with a team that value their staff and a job well done. Permanent, full-time position, no weekends, located in Moss Vale NSW. Due to expansion into international markets and growth right here in Australia, we are on the hunt for an experienced Paint Manufacturers and Machine Operators.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this integral role requires an enthusiastic and reliable team player to be responsible for the following duties:

- Manufacturing of paint to complete current orders and refill stocks
- Organising batching of raw materials
- Paint testing and analysis
- Safe and accurate storage of paint and raw materials
- Forklift operations
- Managing stock deliveries
- File and archiving of batch cards
- Liaison with Operational Manager regarding daily and weekly scheduling
- Adherence to Occupational Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
- Administration and Reporting as required

**Skills**
- Keen attention to detail and highly developed sense of accuracy
- A confident understanding of basic mathematics
- A forklift licence
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately as part of a team and interdependently
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful
- A great work ethic & a passion for quality outcomes

**Salary**
- A competitive salary package of $55,000 to $80,000 plus performance bonuses.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
