
Receptionist - Physiotherapy Clinic

Main Road West Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Centre in St Albans continues to rapidly grow due to its reputation and ongoing support from the local community, schools, medical practices and orthopaedic surgeons.
We are seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to work on a part time basis in a busy and friendly clinic. You will be required to work 17-20 hours per week. This is an opportunity to join a team of physiotherapists and other health professionals in the heart of St Albans.
Amongst other duties your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting to physiotherapists/health professionals
- Answering phones
- Accounts receivable
- Data entry
- Making appointments
- Cash handling
- Filing
- Order and collect clinic supplies
- General housekeeping & ad hoc duties
You will be the first point of contact when our patients come into our clinic so you must be presentable and well mannered, pleasant and approachable to our clients
To be a successful applicant you must have the following skills:
- good time management skill and able to multitask
- good phone manner and articulate
- able to spell and good with numbers
- basic computer knowledge
- ability to follow instructions
- quick learner
- ability to deal with difficult situations
- bubbly and outgoing

**Salary**: $25.88 - $26.18 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- St Albans, VIC 3021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
