**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**: Port Melbourne, VIC

**Pay rate**: $35-40/hr + Super (depending on experience)

**Hours**: 8-10 hours per week (you choose your schedule - could be 9am-6pm once a week or 2 half days)

**Days**:Choose to do your hours on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays)

**Start date**:ASAP (as soon as the right person is available).

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
This lovely, busy family is seeking an organised home manager/housekeeper with great initiative to ease the physical and mental load of tasks for the parents. They do not need any cleaning done, nor do they need care of their young children (they are in childcare during the day).

The right person will ideally have an interest/understanding of meal planning (largely based on vegetable and fish meals). Task priorities will be defined based on family needs and the Nanager's skills, but will likely include:

- Grocery management
- Meal planning/simple meal prep (making use of the family veggie garden)
- Laundry support
- Helping to maintain a tidy and organised home.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
The family consists of mum, dad, a toddler, a baby, and one household scaredy-cat. Both children are settled in childcare so their care is covered, but the parents would like extra household support so that can focus more on family time when they're not working. They value kindness and great communication and look forward to discussing ways a Nanager can support their family. They're hoping to find someone who can support them in their routines but can also be flexible to go with the flow.
