Look no further We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our thriving safety supply company

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement effective inventory control measures. Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity. Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and implementing best practices. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports. Implement and optimize warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software. Attention to detail and strong focus on safety

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 6 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Car and drivers license (preferred)
