Supervisor - Marquee

An exciting opportunity exists for a **Supervisor** at **Reece’s Event Hire** in Maddington, WA. This full-time role will be working with our Operations team to build large scale events, marquees and other hire equipment. **Responsibilities**
- Building marquees, floors and other event equipment
- Managing staff onsite
- Being the main point of contact for clients
- Driving forklifts and telehandlers
- Liaising with contractors and site contacts
- Ensuring the safety of staff and equipment
- Liaising with sales staff for job expectations
- Provision of PPE to site crew
- Dealing with site changes as they occur
- Ensuring safe work practices
- Developing new systems to increase efficiencies

**Requirements**:

- Experience of events or construction
- Driving licence
- Forklift, Working At Heights, Telehandler and HR licenses looked on favourably
- Manual handling up to and above 30kgs
- High attention to detail
- Attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Computer literate
- Able to take direction from management
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in a similar role is desirable

**Schedule**
- Full Time position
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work during busy periods
- 8 - 10 hour shifts, starting between 6am - 7am daily

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
