ACAE is located on Pitt Street Sydney, 4 minutes away from Central Station.

**Job Summary**
- Provide international students with advice on study options & develop study plan that is suitable for each client
- Process student admission/enrolment at relevant institutions & assist the student in preparation of the required documents
- Provide services to facilitate student settlement into Australia including but not limited to travel services, accommodation, banking services, etc.
- Participation in and/or contribution to marketing initiatives for international studies
- Other related tasks as required by the business to fulfill the responsibilities of this role including but not limited to attending training, marketing & touring events

**Skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from Australian university (or near completion) or equivalent education level in a foreign country
- Work experience in this industry is highly valued with higher package offered, but is not essential
- Good oral and written communication skills, must be fluent in English (ITELS 6.5 or above) & Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) or be fluent in Vietnamese or Indonesian
- Ability to understand client’s needs and seek assistance from senior staff for advice where required, to ensure prompt response to client.
- Must have relevant visa with work rights in Australia
- NAATI qualification not a must but will attract higher salary
- Knowledge in graphic design software is preferred but not essential
- Fluency in Vietnamese language is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
