**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Packing**: Accurately pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail to ensure correct and timely dispatch.
- **Stock Organisation**: Maintain organized shelves and storage areas, ensuring stock is properly labeled and accessible.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- **Shelf Packing**: Restock shelves as needed, ensuring items are organized and available for easy access.
- **Warehouse Maintenance**: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized by following safety protocols and best practices.
- **Team Support**: Collaborate with the warehouse and office teams to handle additional tasks as required, such as receiving deliveries, preparing shipping labels, and assisting with inventory audits.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for defects or damages before packing to ensure only top-quality items are shipped to customers.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse or eCommerce environment is preferred but not required.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and detail to ensure orders are packed correctly and inventory is managed effectively.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift and move boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team and assist with various tasks in a flexible, dynamic environment.
- **Organisational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy work environment.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and report any issues or discrepancies.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
