We are seeking motivated individuals, who value the role that charities play in Australia, to join our team.
As an **Advice Services Officer**, you’ll be the first point of contact for phone and written enquiries, supporting charities to meet their obligations and helping the public to better understand the charitable sector. You’ll be responsible for responding to a wide variety of enquiries and customers about charity law and ACNC policies.
You will work on a range of projects that improve the data integrity of the ACNC Charity Register and increase charities’ timely submissions of annual reports. You’ll continuously develop your skills in interpreting legislation, policies and procedures, whilst actively assisting charities to pursue their purpose.
You will operate in a fast-paced, partially scheduled environment within an encouraging, flexible and friendly team.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Melbourne CBD**.
