To organise appointments, maintain records, perform reception duties and other tasks in order to ensure a smooth and efficiently functioning practice that provides an exceptional standard of care to our patients. All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the practice’s policies and procedures.

**Principal Duties & Accountabilities**
- Reception Duties - answer phone calls, meet and greet patients and other practice visitors
- Record Handling and administration including proper use of Best Practice Software
- Booking and Billing
- Assists doctors and other practice staff in meeting the needs of patients
- Other related duties which may be assigned from time to time

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 33 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
