**The Role**

A great opportunity to join our St Kevin's Community. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the payroll on a fortnightly basis.

Working within a two-person payroll team, the successful applicant will also collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to maintain payroll accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous process improvements. This is an onsite, fulltime, ongoing position located at our Heyington Campus in Toorak.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Award Interpretation
- Payroll processing using Synergetic
- Payroll System Management & Process Improvement
- End of Year & Compliance Reporting
- Leave Management and Time in Lieu (TiL)

**About You**

With at least 3 years payroll experience, preferable in a school environment you have the confidence to process end to end payroll on your own and can interpret the applicable awards required. You are customer centric focused, resolving issues efficiently and possess a warm approachable demeanour.
