About the role:
Our Trade Centres operate a little different to our retail sites providing a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, delivering bulk quantities of materials to building sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a ‘whole of build’ solution. We stock a select number of core builders lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up. Everything from timber, fibre cement, cladding, windows, doors and appliances.

This is a Full-Time role and flexibility to work shifts between 6am-5pm on Monday-Friday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment to allow our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades.

What’s involved:
- Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and site supervisors- Replenish stock in a fast-paced environment- Pick and pack customer orders- Load and unload delivery trucks

You’ll need:
- A genuine passion for customer service- Leadership experience is an added bonus- An ability to work in and contribute to a team- Accuracy and attention to detail- Knowledge of building products and build process- Forklift ticket preferred but not essential
