Property Manager

We are a growing company looking for a new Property Manager to join our office.

Your role:

- Attending to periodic inspections and reporting to landlord;
- Conducting ingoing / outgoing inspections reports;
- Management of arrears;
- Management of maintenance reported;
- Lease renewals;
- Attending Tribunal as required; and

This role involves working Saturdays with a day off during the week in lieu

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Casula, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
