We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Weekend Supervisor to join our team and help ensure our café operates smoothly during busy weekend shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee café operations during weekend shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
- Supervise and support café staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of equipment, cash management, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment, with some experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques preferred.
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
