The Role:
We require a Bar Supervisor to lead and assist the team in our day-to-day bar operations focusing on our Sunday-Tuesday Bar. Working across our events bar service team, providing staff training, management, general operations and working closely with all our Management Team. Full-time or part-time role available.

Key aspects of the roll include:

- Lead the bar in achieving operational standards
- Hands-on bar operations and wedding and event bar service
- Training and development of staff
- Customer service
- TAB and Gaming operations
- Cash handling and reconciliations
- Club openings and lock ups

You:
Outgoing, personable, self-motivated individual with a passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in bar operations or a customer service supervisor role
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A team player
- Excellent product knowledge
- Current RSA and RCG
- An understanding of TAB and Gaming operations (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
