**Location**: Melbourne - Work from Home, Client Visits Required

Future Butterfly is a fast growing, technology-driven NDIS care service provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, participant-focused care. We are seeking a motivated and professional **Client Services Officer/ Business Development Manager**to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a **flexible, work-from-home role** with travel required across Melbourne to visit clients in their homes. Occasional in-person meetings in the western suburbs of Melbourne are preferred but not frequent.

**Key Responsibilities:Support Coordination & Client Engagement**
- Conduct **client visits** to complete **support plans, risk assessments, and other compliance documentation**.
- Work closely with **support coordinators, participants, and their care teams** to ensure appropriate services are in place.
- Provide **guidance and advocacy** for participants, helping them navigate the NDIS and access the right supports.

**Business Development & Relationship Management**
- **Promote Future Butterfly’s services** to NDIS support coordinators, referrers, and other stakeholders.
- Actively seek new opportunities for **participant referrals** and onboard new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the NDIS community.
- Attend NDIS networking events across Melbourne.
- Receive a **bonus referral fee** for each client successfully onboarded who receives services for at least four weeks.

**About You**:

- Experience in **NDIS support coordination, client services, disability care, or community support** is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of **NDIS processes, compliance requirements, and participant needs**.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - confident in liaising with **support coordinators, families, and care teams**.
- A proactive and professional approach to **client service and business development**.
- A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel across Melbourne for client visits.
- Reliable laptop, internet and mobile phone required
- NDIS worker screening check required, WWCC required, Police Check required, NDIS worker module required, Full drivers license required, 100 points of ID required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
