**Trikon is a leading telecommunications and technology company serving businesses across Australia by providing a spectrum of solutions in telephone systems, data, web/software development, managed print and CCTV solutions.**

Ever expanding, we are now seeking ICT Sales Representatives for our Mayfield (Newcastle, NSW) office to help our prospects and clients attain digital supremacy through the integration of telecommunication solutions within their businesses.

The ICT Sales Reps will be responsible for:

- Identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Working with internal departments to engage clients
- Pro-actively pursuing sales opportunities while being a Trikon brand ambassador reflect

Tasks will include:

- Maintaining currency in knowledge of telco market and Trikon’s broad range of offerings
- Developing business streams by identifying potential alliance partners
- Meeting new and existing business clients to determine needs and developing tailored solutions
- Negotiating pricing and options and closing contracts
- Monitoring installation schedules and following up clients to ensure satisfaction
- Reporting monthly on sales outcomes and achievement of targets.

Requirements for selection include:

- Bachelor degree in IT, marketing or business
- Minimum two years’ experience in delivering integrated ICT solutions to business
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate technical solution in simple terms to a customer
- Experience of working in a BPO or sales team
- Thorough knowledge of telephony and communication products
- Be a team player.

For this full time role we are offering a base salary of $70 000 - $75 000 + super.

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- in delivering integrated ICT solutions to business: 2 years (required)
- Business Process Outsourcing or sales team: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
