Buller Holidays is Mansfield & Mt Buller‘s largest team of dedicated and passionate snow holiday booking specialists. Buller Holidays provides a fully integrated online and call centre ‘one-stop-shop’ for customers to easily connect and purchase with Mt Buller & Mansfield businesses. Buller Holidays also provides apartment and holiday rental property management services.

**Job Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Professionally and enthusiastically answering guest inquiries
- Providing guests with extensive information about Mt Buller, including accommodation, snow products, transport and activities
- Plan and book travel (lodging, activities, transportation) arrangements for guests
- Coordinating bookings for Schools, Social & Tertiary groups, Clubs, Wholesalers, Commercial operators, Day tour operators and Events
- Promoting and selling lift tickets, lessons, and packaged combinations of our products using our point of sale system, RTP
- Counsel guests on terms and conditions of travel or resort policies (ex. minimum stay, reservation policy and cancellations).
- Understand and support department operations and company policies and procedures
- Follow all company standards in regards to safety protocol, cash management and standard operating procedures.

**We're looking for people with**:

- Previous experience in customer service and call center sales environment - required
- A minimum of 12 months experience within travel or tourism industries - required
- Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English - required
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English - required
- Previous BSL (Buller Ski Lifts) or Mt Buller Employment - preferred
- Very strong understanding of Mt Buller and local community - required
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail - required
- Team orientated with the capacity to be self-directed and driven - required
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and maintain knowledge of products - required
- Computer proficiency, including ability to easily and efficiently navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type simultaneously, and troubleshoot basic computer issues - required
- Passion for and understanding of ski, resort and tourism industry - preferred
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service - required
- Ability to multitask and work independently - required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; stores are open 5 days a week and hours vary - required
