Waynes World Discount Variety store is an established household name in Gympie. We are a family business who pride ourselves in maintaining a happy work environment and also in bringing savings with our range of discount variety goods to the locals and surrounding customers in Gympie.

We currently have an opportunity for an assistant store manager to join our team for Immediate start.
- Retail Experience
- Previous experience in a supervising role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and work independantly.
- Skilled in monitoring stock and overall inventory management.
- The ability to identify and drive sales, merchandising and growth opportunities.
- A sound knowledge of microsoft or similar point of sale systems.
- Merchandising/ inventory management experience.
- Strong focus on customer service with a smile
- Self motivated with a strong enthusiasm to work in a fast paced environment.
- Possess a can do attitude with a keen desire to achieve KPI's.
- Proactive in planning, time management and adaptable to change.
- A supportive team environment where you can enjoy coming to work
- Training and encouragement to develop and progress your skills
- A strong family business culture.
