Floor Supervisor at Japanese Bbq Buffet

Kyo Yakiniku is a small, family-style **Japanese BBQ buffet restaurant** located in the heart of Glebe. We're looking for a reliable and friendly **Floor Supervisor** to join our close-knit team and lead smooth, welcoming dinner service.

**What you’ll do**:

- Oversee and support floor operations during dinner service
- Greet guests, manage table flow, and support staff
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, team-first attitude

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- **Strong customer service skills** are a must
- Must be available on **Fridays and Saturdays**, and able to work **4-6 days a week**:

- Experience with highballs or cocktails is a plus, but not required
- Great communication and a hands-on team mindset

**Job details**:

- dinner service only (4:00 pm to 10:00 pm)
- **$33/hour and up, plus super,** depending on experience
- **Weekend and public holiday pay**:

- Staff meals provided
- 30% staff discount when dining in
- **Full-time salaried option also available** - **$60,000 to $65,000/year + Super + Annual Leave**
