Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling. Over 75 years, we've grown to 7,000 employees and 150 global operations -predominately in Australia and New Zealand.

Visy recycles 512,000 tonnes of glass containers, jars and bottles and remanufactures them into 3.2 billion bottles and jars each year. Some of our most loved food and beverage brands are packaged in our glass, confident in its premium quality and strong sustainability credentials. We've set ourselves a target to increase the average recycled glass content used by our glass manufacturing plants to 70%.

Our network of six glass remanufacturing facilities guarantees access to locally made glass. We're making major investments in glass recycling and remanufacturing in Laverton in Melbourne’s south-west and Yatala, south of Brisbane so we can increase the glass we recover and turn back into glass packaging.

Based in Spotswood, Melbourne the Job Change Cold End Crew will report into the Cold End Manager.
- Set up inspection, line handling and packaging equipment.
- Use computer software systems to setup and modify job run parameters.
- Understand and participate in continuous improvement and problem solving.
- Participate in safety inspections and risk assessments.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment, being able to demonstrate a very strong mechanical aptitude (whilst not essential, a mechanical or electrical trade background will be strongly considered)
- Ability to perform a range of physical tasks, including standing, walking and lifting - all in a safe and considered manner
- Excellent communicator and have the ability to work well under pressure
- Hold safety above all else, have a knack for continuous improvement with a high level of attention to details
