**Your Next Summer Job by the Sea**

**Ingenia Holidays Cape Paterson** is looking for a hands-on, friendly casual **Caretaker** to join our team for the **summer season (Nov/Dec 2025-Feb/Mar 2026).**

Located on Victoria’s stunning South Gippsland coast, our park features 3 sites, 200+ powered spots, and 7 villas.

This on-site role is perfect for someone travelling or seeking a lifestyle change. You’ll help with cleaning, maintenance, guest services, and after-hours support, including night patrols and phone duty.

Weekend, school holiday, and long-weekend availability is essential.

**In this Role, You’ll**
- Manage daily rubbish removal, cleaning of amenities facilities, and lawn/garden care
- Clean onsite guest accommodation
- Manage general Park maintenance (repairing general damage/wear & tear items etc.)
- Assist with Front Office/Reception duties
- Manage afterhours phone calls, night security patrols, and call outs

**You’re Likely a Match If You**
- Have excellent customer service and are happy to roll up your sleeves and help where need be
- Bring strong communication and decision-making skills
- Use your computer literacy to manage bookings and guest records
- Hold a current First Aid/CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Are physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks like cleaning, lifting, and garden care
