Community Support Worker/ In-home Worker

We are a highly respected not for profit local organisation providing a range of services to aged people and people with disabilities as well as their carer’s.
We operate throughout the South West with branches in Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Collie, Donnybrook and Bridgetown.
Due to increasing demand, we have permanent part time positions currently available in Donnybrook.
You will support clients to maintain their personal independence in their homes by delivering a variety of activities that may include domestic assistance, social support, respite, meal preparation and personal care.
A Police Clearance is essential with a first aid certificate & Flu vaccinations. (exemptions considered)
Qualifications such as Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or similar together with experience in a similar role is required. To be considered for an In-Home worker position, detailed experience is required.
**Benefits**:
You will be offered a competitive remuneration package including salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum to reduce the amount of tax you pay as well as the ability to access many CHC benefits and CHC approved professional training opportunities after the probationary period has been completed.
