Our restaurant and functions teams are looking to welcome someone with a positive attitude, professional approach to service and great team work skills.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Delivering a high level of customer service, mainly through face to face interactions with customers/ order taking and delivery.
- Completing tasks involved with the daily operations of the restaurant and/or functions department.
- Working with Bookbook/H&L systems.
- Ensuring professionalism and etiquette is met on all fronts, including over the phone, with peers, etc.
- Contributing to the team efforts to achieve company goals.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.

To be considered for this position you will need:

- Strong communication skills
- A customer focused and can-do attitude
- Outstanding personal presentation
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong food and beverage experience

The successful applicants must be available to work flexible shifts including AM and PM shifts across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Previous waitering experience in a hotel/restaurant will be highly regarded.
