We're on the lookout for exceptional **Casual Retail Assistants** to join our Retail Prodigy Group family at the **Nike Store **in** Canberra Centre **as part of our** Seasonal Holiday Team.** At Retail Prodigy Group, we embody a culture defined by our core values: Care, Coach, Energy, Accountability and Innovation and delivering the **Ultimate Customer Experience** is at the heart of everything we do.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, embodying our commitment to the ultimate customer experience.
- Stay updated on Nike products and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to the company’s values.
- Ability to Provide the Ultimate Customer Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
- Availability: Minimum 3-4 full days per week over the Holiday season from 1st of November to 31st of December 2024 including key dates Cyber Weekend (29th November - Sunday 1st December) and Boxing Day (26th December)
- All successful applicants will be required to attend a one day paid training camp in the week of 11th November as part of induction.
