An exciting opportunity has become available for an **Executive Assistant** to join the sass and bride, Marcs and David Lawrence family in our beautiful Support Office in Alexandria. This role is a 12-month Maternity Leave cover.

This role would report to the MD and with dotted line to the COO. You will be responsible for providing support to the MD, COO and their team in the organisation and coordination of business activities, as well as the day-to-day office management.

The role also has one direct report, being the company receptionist.

**Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Extensive diary management for the MD & COO as well as relevant executive team members;
- Inbox management for the MD as required,
- Actioning company written correspondence;
- Managing event invitations and responding on behalf of the MD & COO;
- Organising company wide travel arrangements as well as itineraries;
- Reconciliation of monthly expenses for credit cards;
- Preparing documents & presentations for the Exeecutive Team;
- Organising of meetings, including generating meeting minutes and following up of action items;
- Liasing with external stakeholders on a daily basis
- General assisting with catering needs, guests and supplies;
- Ad-hoc personal or business requests;

**Skills & Attributes**:

- minimum 3-4 years’ experience in an EA role;
- intermediate in excel, word and PowerPoint;
- well-presented and articulate;
- prior experience in a fashion retail environment is advantageous;
- you’re an able multitasker, prioritising your workload appropriately;
- you’re customer centric - everything you do is with our customer in mind;
- you have a strong focus on developing & sustaining collaborative and productive relationships;
- you are creative, innovative & you think differently in dealing with both opportunities and issues;
- you’re a strong, clear & concise communicator;
- you provide feedback as & when required to all levels of the business;
- you are organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results;
- you are passionate about leading the culture of fashion for bold and individualistic women
