**Employment status**: Casual
**Classification**: THAC Level 1
**Agreement**: _The Hobart Aquatic Centre Agreement 2006_
**Salary range**: $31.68 per hour (age of 21 years+ rate), inclusive of 25% of casual loading + 11.5% superannuation. The rate for a junior will be adjusted accordingly.

Role accountabilities include:

- Food Preparation and barista duties.
- Accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Promoting and providing quality customer service at all times.
- Ensuring that members and guests have access to prompt, professional and quality service.
- Maintaining a professional retail area.

**About you**:
Do you love coffee, sandwiches, and people? Do you have a flair for customer service and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our cafe attendant role

We are looking for casual people to join our team who fulfil the below criteria:

- You will have completed Year 10 or hold a relevant Certificate level qualification;
- You must hold or be able to obtain a Registration to Work with Vulnerable People;
- You are energetic and confident;
- You are passionate about customer service;
- You have an enthusiastic approach, willingness to learn and seek innovative solutions when faced with challenges.
