**Your Role**
As the Team Leader - Food Services you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our patients and residents.

Your tasks will include:

- Accountability for the provision of high-quality food and associated catering services
- Responsibility for planning and monitoring services to ensure the delivery of services is responsive to the changing needs and demographics of patients/residents and environment
- Supervising and monitoring a team of up to ten staff
- Undertaking the following duties with your team members
- working on the plating line
- serving meal trays and trolley collection throughout the facility
- undertaking morning & afternoon tea runs throughout the facility
- working on the wash up line & associated cleaning tasks

Completing required food safety plan documentation

**Role Requirements**
- Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- A minimum of 4 years' service in the food service industry with an understanding of kitchen operations
- Certificate in Food Handling, Hospitality or equivalent experience would be an advantage
