**Engineering Manager - Salesforce (74612)**:

**About the role**:
***As an engineering manager you play an important role as a technology leader across Salesforce Engineering squads. You provide leadership, coaching, support and act as an enabler to your squads to balance support, technology, delivery and outcomes in alignment with the wider group’s objectives.**:
You will not only deliver and execute the product roadmap, you will also run and maintain what has been built once delivered to production and help to define the Product Roadmaps.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Ability to manage all aspects multiple squads covering support, development, continuous improvement, life cycle management and more.
- Partnering with stakeholders and other Engineering teams to ensure expectations are met and managed.
- Ability to guide and mentor a diverse and dispersed team
- Experience working in mixed environments (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid) environment, and the ability to establish and follow lean processes to ensure high productivity.
- Previous experience working in a retail environment or within a large complex organisation is a huge bonus.

**Good things you’ll need**
- **At least 5 years’ experience in an Engineering management or senior delivery role**:

- **Senior stakeholder management experience**:

- **Experience with delivery of projects through practical methodologies**:

- **Salesforce accreditation**:

- **Successfully managed complex Salesforce squads that involve multiple cross functional areas, teams (including vendors), technologies and critical systems.**:
