Key Responsibilities
- **Perform Thorough Cleaning**: Execute comprehensive cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfaces in accordance with the company standards and client expectations.
- **Follow Checklists**: Adhere to detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas of the property, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces, are cleaned to meet bond retrieval conditions.
- **Maintain Supplies**: Manage and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for each job.
- **Communicate with Clients**: Interact professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns or feedback.
- **Report Issues**: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages found during cleaning to the property manager or landlord.
- **Adhere to Safety Standards**: Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in bond cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- **License**: A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel to various job sites
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
