**_ Test Manager :_**

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- 1.Delivery of multiple testing projects to approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations._
- 2. Responsible for working closely with external testing service providers to deliver test functions_
- 3. Responsible for assurance activities across all test deliverables such as review of test estimates, strategies, schedules, plans and completion reports._
- 4. Management and influence of key testing stakeholders and project sponsors._
- 5. Promote and instil test process excellence, efficiency, and reduced cost to project deployment._
- 6. Manage testing vendors to quality commitments._
- 7. Definition of Test Strategy for BI projects_
- 8. Performing a combined lead and test execution role on large pieces of project work as assigned by the Solution Design and Test Governance Manager._

**_ Key Tasks:_**
- _ Project planning, resourcing and scheduling of their assigned engagements and provide support to Business Operations for delivery planning of other engagements_
- _ Provide leadership to internal and external teams, assist teams as required with the delivery of services_
- _ Be the go to person for staff and customer delivery issues_
- _ Ensure services and product delivery to clients meets clients expectations and adhere to Customer delivery requirements_
- _ Provide guidance on delivery methods_
- _ Perform quality assurance for engagement deliverables (with assistance from Principals and Capability Leads)_
- _ Ensure risk management is in place and applied to the delivery of engagement._
- _ 10+ years experience in governing and managing the IT testing function preferably within a financial service organisation._
- _ Experience leading large teams and programs for delivery of technical outcomes_
- _ Proven reporting and documentation skills including the creation of strategic and tactical plans, producing reports for various audiences and the drafting of functional and non-functional tests cases._
- _ Agile delivery lead experience_
- _ Expertise with CI/CD, and continuous testing_
- _ Experience providing support for teams in excess of 20 staff_
- _ Experience in managing outcomes and/or capabilities within large enterprise environments_
- _ Strong risk management ability to assess projects, clients and environments for risks that may impact the business_
- _ Desired skillset_
- _ Compliance/Regulatory experience_
- _ Banking/Finance background_
