As part of their continued growth, they are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Franna Crane Driver to join their team.

**Position Overview**:
The Franna Crane Driver will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our client's manufacturing facility in Pakenham. The position is a Monday to Friday role, offering stability and the potential for permanent placement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate a Franna crane efficiently and safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility.

2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

3. Conduct routine pre-operational checks on the Franna crane to ensure it is in proper working condition.

4. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

5. Assist in loading and unloading materials using a forklift when necessary.

6. Maintain accurate records of materials moved and tasks performed.

7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Franna Crane Driver. (preferred)

2. Valid and current forklift license.

3. Demonstrated experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment.

4. Strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Opportunity for Permanent Placement:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
