**Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC)** are looking for a passionate, committed, and engaging **Recruitment Advisor. **You will be working as a **Recruitment Advisor** which involves building relationships with local businesses and brokering opportunities for our customers (whether that’s an apprenticeship or a work opportunity). If you are the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone and build positive, long-standing working relationships, then we want to hear from you

This is a **full-time position** with the added benefit of a **monthly accrued day off, **based at our **Caboolture **office.

**Who are we looking for?**

**Essential experience, qualifications and skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with employers and sourcing vacancies each month
- Ability to meet monthly KPI targets
- Ability to work efficiently to maximise productivity
- Positive outlook and well developed problem solving skills
- ** A recent, clear National Police Check - required**:

- ** A current QLD Blue Card - required**:

- Current Driver’s Licence (with a clean driving record) and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
