This opportunity doesn’t come around often. Work closely with the studio owner to shape sales strategies, mentor a high-performing team, and grow a thriving community. We’ll give you the tools, systems and continuous professional development to lead from the front, coach with energy, and drive results across sales, retention, events, and social media.

**THE ROLE**

Full-time blend of leadership, coaching, sales, operations, and social - with huge growth potential.

**Coaching & Culture**
- Coach 12-16 group classes/week (with protected sales/admin time; peak periods may reach 18-20).
- Deliver a 10/10 experience - the highlight of our members’ day.
- Lead with energy on the floor, professionalism at the desk, and care behind the scenes.
- Mentor and set standards for coaches, running weekly rhythms to keep quality high.

**Sales & Growth**
- Run GPTC’s proven sales systems (phone, chat, induction) to convert leads to members.
- Own the pipeline - outreach, onboarding, follow-ups - and hit monthly targets.
- Drive growth via acquisition, referrals, and retention plays.

**Member Experience**
- Be the first point of contact - support, celebrate, re-engage.
- Handle cancellations with empathy using our save playbooks.
- Celebrate wins, PBs, milestones, and community moments.

**Operations & Events**
- Manage daily ops, rostering, cashflow/reporting, and facility standards.
- Plan and execute events/challenges/activations that grow community and revenue.

**Social Media & Marketing**
- Collaborate on content strategy; ship value-based content (education, stories, wins).
- Showcase the member journey across IG/FB/TT to grow engagement and leads.
- Cadence: 4 posts/wk + 2-4 stories/day; goal: profile visits → trials → memberships.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- 1+ years’ management (preferred, not essential); Group/S&C coaching background (Cert III/IV).
- Organised, reliable, proactive, and thrives in a people-focused environment.
- A natural leader who raises standards and builds community.
- Bonus: experience in social media strategy & content creation.

**Success in this role =**
- Trial → member conversion **35%+**:

- Retention **95%+**:

- Consistent net monthly membership growth

**WHAT YOU'LL GET**
- Base $70,000 + bonus (OTE $85,000 - $95,000)
